Yannis Dimarakis
Managing Partner
He graduated from the University of Essex (UK) in 1989 with
Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Economics. One year later
graduated from the University of Warwick (UK) with a Master of
Science in Operations Research. Graduated from Deree in 2022
Colege (Greece) with a Graduate Certificate in Psychology.
He worked for 15 years in the shipping and logistics sectors.

Aleka Skoura
Managing Partner
Aleka Skoura is a Human Resources Development consultant with over 30 years of experience in executive training and organizational development.
He served as Head of the Training & Performance Management Department of Eurobank Group until 2014, having designed and implemented strategic development programs,
performance assessment and leadership strengthening in Greece and Southern Europe.
For the last 10 years he has been active as an Executive Coach, Business Consultant and
Executive Trainer, working with senior and top executives,
while it has trained over 9,000 professionals in Greece and abroad.
She is a graduate of New York University (BA, 1981) and a certified counselor from the
Scotwork and Achieve Global in areas such as Negotiations, Relationship Management
and Coaching.

Polina Roussou
Managing Partner
Polina Roussou is a licensed psychologist and psychotherapist with over 16 years of clinical experience. She studied Psychology (BSc, Open University UK) and
holds a master's degree in Psychological Research Methods (MSc, Open
University UK).
She is trained in Systemic & Family Psychotherapy.
(ECP), the Internal Family Systems model (IFS – Level 3), as well as the therapy
EMDR.
She maintains a private office, where she works with adults, families and groups,
with specialization in trauma treatment.
At the same time, he is active as an Executive Coach and Trainer, training business executives in areas such as: communication skills, team dynamics and applications of the Polyvagal theory in organizations.
Her vision in the field of education is to develop a creative dialogue between
in psychotherapy and the professional context, with the aim of cultivating organizations that embody psychological safety and a culture
trauma-informed culture. Currently, she is engaged in research in the field of polyphonics (parts work) with an emphasis on the applications of the IFS model in executive coaching and long-term systemic
psychotherapy.

Apostolos Korlos
Consultant
He studied Civil Engineering at the Polytechnic School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He worked for several years as a freelancer in public and private projects. At the same time, he obtained an MBA from Kingston University. His passion is education and he has been involved in it for many years as a lecturer, training business executives in a wide range of skills, but also as a person responsible for the design and implementation of educational programs. In recent years, he has been collaborating with Scotwork where he is on the one hand responsible for supporting its educational programs and on the other hand a certified lecturer in negotiation skills. He works and lives in Athens, has three sons and enjoys running. Finishing the 42.195 km. of the Authentic Athens Marathon was his latest running achievement!

Ioanna Roumbou

He specializes in the Pharmaceutical Industry, where he
has been active for the last 30 years, of which the

Fotis Cheesemaker
Consultant
He studied at the Department of Physics of the National University of Athens and holds a Master's degree in Electronics and Radioelectrics, specializing in Fiber Optic Communications. He worked at the Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH) for two years before starting his professional career in Greece in the Telecommunication Systems industry, working for INTRACOM as a Production Engineer and then as a Product and Project Manager.
He continued at Huawei Technologies as Director of Optical Transmission Systems until the shift from the technical perspective of Systems to the commercial perspective of Services, working for MedNautilus Gr. (Sparkle) in Data Center and Leased Line Services, as Sales Manager.
He then moved into the field of International Wholesale Telecommunications Services Sales, in Europe and around the world, working for OTE Group for OTEGLOBE as Senior Manager of Capacity and Data Sales.
Since 2023, he has been working in the vocational training sector, offering consulting and educational services.
He speaks excellent English, while communicating in German and, among other things, is involved in Studio Photography and Music (drums).

George Makropoulos
Consultant
He is a graduate (Abitur) of the German School of Athens and holds degrees
of the School of Economics and Technology (ITWZ) of the RWTH University
AACHEN' in Germany (Diplom Kfm.).
After completing the Trainee Programme/Stage (DG3) Commission of
the EU (1998) in Brussels, worked as a project administrator/consultant
for a series of European development programs in Greece and the
abroad. Since 2000, he has worked successively as an administrative executive in
in the field of procurement, tendering and contract management in two of
the most important infrastructure projects in Greece - in the company International
Athens Airport and since 2005, as Contracts Manager and
tenders at the Attica Gas Supply Company.
Since 2008 he has been active as a business consultant and speaker.
