Our Consultants

Yannis Dimarakis
Managing Partner
He graduated from the University of Essex (UK) in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Economics.
A year later, he obtained a Master of Science in Operational Research from the University of Warwick (UK).
In 2022, he completed a Graduate Certificate in Psychology from Deree College (Greece).
He worked for 15 years in the shipping and consumer goods industries before transitioning, in 2006, to the field of professional training, offering consulting and executive education services.
Throughout his career, he has trained and advised professionals across a wide range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, banking, energy, manufacturing, consumer goods, and telecommunications.
In 2016, his book “The Greek Negotiation Debacle – January / July 2015” was published by Papazisis Publications.
He has delivered negotiation training and consulting in more than 10 countries and has travelled to over 50.
He is fluent in English and proficient in French.

Aleka Skoura
Managing Partner
Aleka Skoura is a Human Resources Development Consultant with over 30 years of experience in executive education and organizational development.
She served as Head of the Learning & Performance Management Division at the Eurobank Group until 2014, where she designed and implemented strategic programs in leadership development, performance evaluation, and organizational growth across Greece and Southern Europe.
For the past decade, she has been active as an Executive Coach, Business Consultant, and Executive Trainer, working closely with senior and top-level executives.
She has trained more than 9,000 professionals in Greece and abroad.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from New York University (1981) and is a certified consultant by Scotwork and Achieve Global in the areas of Negotiation, Relationship Management, and Coaching.

Polina Roussou
Managing Partner
Polyna Roussou is a licensed psychologist and psychotherapist with over 16 years of clinical experience. She holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Psychological Research Methods from the Open University, UK.
She is trained in Systemic and Family Psychotherapy (ECP), the Internal Family Systems (IFS – Level 3) model, and EMDR therapy.
Polyna runs a private practice, working with individuals, families, and groups, specializing in trauma therapy.
In parallel, she is active as an Executive Coach and Trainer, delivering programs for corporate executives in areas such as communication skills, team dynamics, and the application of Polyvagal Theory within organizational contexts.
Her vision in the field of professional development is to foster a creative dialogue between psychotherapy and the corporate environment, aiming to cultivate organizations that embody psychological safety and a trauma-informed culture.
Currently, she is engaged in research on multiplicity (parts work), focusing on the applications of the IFS model in executive coaching and long-term systemic psychotherapy.

Apostolos Korlos
Consultant
He studied Civil Engineering at the Polytechnic School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th.) and worked for several years as a freelance engineer on public and private construction projects. In parallel, he earned an MBA from Kingston University.
His true passion lies in education, a field he has been actively involved in for many years — both as a trainer, delivering corporate programs across a wide range of professional skills, and as a learning designer, responsible for the development and implementation of training initiatives.
In recent years, he has been collaborating with Scotwork, where he is responsible for supporting the company’s training programs and serves as a certified negotiation skills trainer.
He lives and works in Athens, is the father of three sons, and enjoys running. His most recent achievement was completing the Athens Authentic Marathon (42.195 km) — a milestone that reflects his dedication and endurance both personally and professionally.

Ioanna Roumbou
Consultant
She specializes in the pharmaceutical industry, where she has been active for the past 30 years, including 23 years at Novartis. She possesses extensive experience in team leadership and strategic partnership management at both the national and European levels.
For several years, she was an active member of the Hellenic Association of Pharmaceutical Companies (SFEE) and the American Chamber of Commerce in Greece (AmCham), contributing to the formulation of health policy positions in Greece and across Europe. She also coordinated a Think Tank initiative aimed at improving European patients’ access to pharmaceutical treatments.
Her academic background began with a degree in English Language and Literature from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA), followed by undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Business Administration (Deree & ALBA), and further specialization in Health Economics (Sheffield University, e-learning program).
Since 2018, she has worked as an independent business consultant, and since 2019, she has been active in the field of professional training, providing educational services that help business executives enhance their negotiation skills.

Kalliopi Karaiskaki
Consultant
Kalliopi has served the field of negotiation and contract drafting as a transactions lawyer for over 25 years. She has worked in Greece, the United Kingdom, and Qatar with leading international law firms including Keystone Law, HFW, Freshfields, and Richards Butler, as well as with Nakilat and Maersk Oil, focusing on the shipping, corporate, and energy sectors.
Her expertise lies primarily in partnership agreements, ship sale and financing transactions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. In recent years, she has expanded her professional scope to include consulting and executive training services in negotiation and executive coaching.
She holds a Law degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, an LL.M. from the University of Bristol, and an MBA from City University Business School. Kalliopi is an accredited mediator (Toolkit Company–A.D.R.C.C.), a certified executive coach (ICF, ILM), and a certified negotiation consultant with Scotwork.
She has also completed training in AI Ethics (LSE) and Bioethics (SNFBA).
Kalliopi actively participates in advisory and philanthropic initiatives that support professionals, start-ups, students, refugees, and the homeless. Her vision is to creatively integrate her own experiences—and those of others—into a collective pursuit of peace, both internal and external, through observation and understanding, connection, and co-creation (comprehend, connect, change/co-create).

Fotis Cheesemaker
Consultant
He studied Physics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA) and holds a Master’s degree in Electronics and Radioelectronics, specializing in Optical Fiber Communications. He worked for two years at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH Zurich) before beginning his professional career in Greece in the Telecommunications Systems industry, joining INTRACOM as a Production Engineer and later as a Product and Project Manager.
He continued his career at Huawei Technologies as Director of Optical Transmission Systems before shifting from the technical side of systems to the commercial side of services, joining MedNautilus Greece (Sparkle) in Data Center and Leased Line Services as Sales Manager.
He later moved into International Wholesale Telecommunications Sales, managing capacity and data sales across Europe and global markets, working with the OTE Group at OTEGLOBE as Senior Sales Manager for Capacity and Data Services.
Since 2023, he has been active in the field of professional training, providing consulting and executive education services.
He is fluent in English, has working knowledge of German, and beyond his professional interests, he is passionate about studio photography and music (drums).

George Makropoulos
Consultant
He is a graduate (Abitur) of the German School of Athens and holds a Diplom-Kaufmann (Dipl. Kfm.) degree from the Faculty of Economics and Technical Studies (ITWZ) at the RWTH Aachen University in Germany.
After completing the Trainee Programme/Stage (DG3) at the European Commission in Brussels (1998), he worked as a Project Administrator/Consultant for a range of European development programs in Greece and abroad.
Since 2000, he has held senior management positions in procurement, tenders, and contract management for two of Greece’s most significant infrastructure projects — first at the Athens International Airport, and from 2005 as Director of Contracts and Tenders at Attiki Gas Supply Company (EPA Attikis).
Since 2008, he has been active as a Business Consultant and Executive Trainer, specializing in commercial negotiations, and is a certified consultant for Scotwork International. In addition to his work in Greece, since 2011 he has been part of Scotwork Deutschland’s consulting team, operating across the company’s international network, certified to train and consult in three languages: Greek, German, and English.
He has provided training and consulting services in the field of commercial negotiations to over 2,500 executives, businesses, and organizations across more than 15 countries and multiple industries.
