Scientific background
We use scientifically proven approaches and experiential methods to understand how a team works and improves collaboration.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) – R. Schwartz
A pioneering model for understanding our internal system, the team system and the organization as a whole. Within each individual, different parts of the self coexist - often contradictory - which are also expressed in team cooperation. The dominant goal of these parts is self-protection, although the 'strategies' they use differ: some of them aim at 'prevention' (Proactive), others at 'reaction' (Reactive). By understanding these internal aspects we gain self-awareness and improve team cooperation.
Polyvagal Theory – S. Porges
It explains the relationship between physiology, safety, and teamwork. It describes how our nervous system is affected and influences teamwork, and gives us tools to stay balanced and connected in demanding conditions.
Psychological Safety – A. Edmondson
Research shows that the most successful teams are not those with the most talented members, but those with a high level of psychological safety. The program helps participants identify barriers to communication and create an environment of mutual respect.
Technology
To create “Teams Unlocked”, we have combined a range of advanced technologies, including:
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
AI supports the analysis of team members’ behaviors.
The tool we use identifies key behavioral patterns and provides solid, data-backed insights on aspects such as each member’s actual participation rate, the type of their contribution, and more.
It serves as an integral component that enhances the expertise and analytical capabilities of our consultants.
Audio-Visual Production
Our long-standing expertise in the production and use of audio-visual material provides an unparalleled learning tool.
Participants learn by observing their own behaviors and reactions, gaining self-awareness and insight through experience.
